Do you need Help With The No Contact Rule? If you have broken up and looking for ways how to win your ex back…then you’ve probably heard something about The No Contact Rule. This is a highly effective technique used to win an ex back. I will warn you though, if not done correctly, you could make your chances of getting them back MUCH harder.

What Is The No Contact Rule?

I’m sure your probably think you know what it means, but But there’s more to it than just not having contact with your ex. Let’s take a look at some of the methods within the “No Contact Rule”

1) You tell your ex that you will not be contacting them and they shouldn’t contact you either.

2) You don’t tell your ex anything, you just kinda drop off the face of the earth.

3) You don’t tell your ex anything, you stop contacting them…but still allow them to contact you and you reply. (Not A Good Idea)

In my opinion, your best using either 1 or 2. The third method will most likely just make your ex angry with you and that is not the goal of this. What is the goal? No Contact allows you to get back on your feet and start to feel confident in who you are again. Remember once when you were single and happy?

Well, The No Contact Rule is going to put you on the road to getting back to that point.
Some may be reluctant to take steps to regain independence, but you are useless to anyone (including your ex if they want you back) if you are unable to be happy with yourself.

The other purpose of The No Contact Rule is to use it to win your ex back. What this does of course, is send your ex a wake-up call and perhaps make them second-guess their decision to end the relationship.

Why does this work? Because after going a week, 2 weeks, month or however long it takes…they will begin to miss you A LOT. Because the haven’t spoken to you in a while, they will get really curious what your up to and they will remember the good times you had together.

Essentially, what this does is turn the tables. At first, YOU wanted them back but after the No Contact Rule was implemented it turned the tables and now THEY miss you. See how this works? It’s a rather sneaky and a bit controversial method but guess what? IT WORKS.
