Does No Contact Work To Win Your Ex Back?

While the no contact rule is one of the most effective methods to win your ex back…I can not guarantee that it will work. I mean, everyone has there OWN situation and it could also depend on the personality of your ex and how they respond to the none has contact.

However, if this method is done correctly, 75% of the time it WILL WORK. How do you do it correctly? It’s simple…have NO CONTACT AT ALL with your ex for a week, 2 weeks, or maybe a month depending on your situation. If you have ANY contact with your ex… It defeats the purpose of the plan. So, the only rule is to have absolutely no contact with your ex.

Of course, there are exceptions. Obviously, if your ex comes to your door or sends you a message begging you to go on a date with them, then what are you waiting for? GO GO GO!!! This means that no contact has worked. This is one problem some people make. They use the no contact rule for too long! Folks, time is NOT on your side and the first time they ask you for a date or to meet up, you need to take action ASAP.

The no contact works for a few different reasons. By not having any contact with your ex, they will begin to miss you and come crawling back. At the same time, it prevents you from annoying them and driving them farther and farther away.
